Best known for his history with fellow ninja Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow is the evil ninja of the G.I. Joe franchise. As a member of the evil Cobra organization, a ruthless terrorist organization created as the nemesis of the G.I. Joe Team when the line was relaunched in 1982, Storm Shadow is a well known figure in the G.I. Joe world.
Don’t let his white outfit fool you…Storm Shadow is the ninja body guard and assassin for Cobra Commander. While he once changed sides to be with the Joes, his conflicting loyalties and blood-brother relationship with G.I. Joe’s Snake Eyes landed him back on the side of evil. He is a bad guy through and through.
This G.I. Joe costume is based on the original outfit worn by Storm Shadow when first introduced in 1982. Fairly unaltered from the original design, the movie version’s main difference was the material used to make the costume…leather. For general costuming purposes, this G.I.
