Not a fan of the costume redesign for Scarlett? The original GI Joe costume for Scarlett consisted of blue mock turtleneck unitard underneath a gold leotard with matching gold gloves and boots. The leotard was belted. She was also always seen with a crossbow. Baroness GI Joe Costume From "GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra" Movie
A GI Joe costume that fans of the female gender will want to wear is the Baroness costume. The Baroness is part of the evil Cobra Command, a ruthless terrorist organization created as the nemesis of the GI Joe Team when the franchise was rebooted in 1982. Although the character was not part of the initial GI Joe: A Real American Hero release in 1982, she did appear in GI Joe #1, published by Marvel Comics in June 1982 and was, in fact, the first character to crossover from the comics, into the animated series. She also kept her GI Joe costume from the switch from the comics to the animated series.
The Baroness is known for being as ruthless and intelligent as she is beautiful. Working intelligence for Cobra Command, she is the right-hand woman of Cobra Commander and the girl friend of Destro. As with any other Cobra Command operatives, she is determined to rule the world.

As ruler of the evil Cobra organization, a ruthless terrorist organization created as the nemesis of the GI Joe Team when the line was relaunched in 1982, Cobra Commander is an iconic figure in the GI Joe world.
Egotistical and paranoid, Cobra Commander spends the majority of his time raging against the corrupt American system that he sees as taking advantage of the little guy. With a background story revolving around family, emotional scars are what fuel his thirst for revenge. However, even with Destro and the Baroness at his side, the Joes always manage to foil his plans.
The original GI Joe outfit for Cobra Commander was a light blue uniform with his signature Battle Helmet. This GI Joe costume would be based on that original outfit worn by Cobra Commander when first introduced in 1982. Costume features a blue jumpsuit with collar and attached belt, black elbow length gloves and matching boot covers. It also includes a blue and white helmet and attached gray mask.
